Job summary

HUNT is seeking a highly organized Proposal Coordinator to support business development for architecture and engineering projects in NY and PA. The role focuses on coordinating proposals, RFQs, and qualifications while coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience, strong writing and communication skills, and proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in proposal coordination or related administrative support in A/E/Construction.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-focused.
• Experience with InDesign and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, write, and edit proposal content for public and private sector projects.
• Review RFPs and RFQs to determine requirements and deadlines.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and PMs to gather information.
• Maintain organized proposal files, templates, and resource libraries.
• Create visually appealing presentations, brochures, and qualifications packages.
• Track proposal progress and provide status updates to management.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with client expectations.
