Job summary

NAC is seeking a Marketing and Content Specialist for its Pursuit Studio in Los Angeles. The role focuses on translating project data and technical write-ups into polished proposal documents that support pursuit strategy and firm growth.

In collaboration with senior staff, you will manage content collection, editing narratives, and final submissions while maintaining content standards and structured templates. Knowledge of AI-driven content management will grow within this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination or marketing content development.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite. OpenAsset experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Proposal Champion, design production, and all contributing writers.
• Receives feedback and iterates content and layouts.
• Reports progress and raises risks early.
• Maintains production workflows and content standards.
• Maintains organized files and supports smooth handoffs and final submission.
• Coordinates and produces proposal documents for assigned pursuits, managing content collection, writing and editing narratives, formatting layouts, and meeting submission deadlines.
• Supports openAsset taxonomy and content tagging for retrieval.
• Contributes to award submissions and interview preparation materials.
