Job summary

NAC is seeking a Marketing and Content Specialist to produce proposal content, manage a content library in OpenAsset, and support award submissions across Pursuit Studio assignments. You will translate project data and technical write-ups into polished documents, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain content with an AI-ready taxonomy to support pursuit strategy and firm growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in proposal coordination or marketing content development.
Proficiency in InDesign, Salesforce and Microsoft Office; OpenAsset preferred.
Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Proposal Champion, design production, and writers throughout a pursuit.
Coordinate proposal documents, write and edit narratives, format layouts, and meet submission deadlines.
Contribute to full proposal lifecycle from initiation to final submission.
Maintain OpenAsset content library and align with AI-ready taxonomy.
Support awards submissions and interview materials.
