Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Marketing and Content Specialist who translates project data and technical write-ups into polished proposal documents. You will support pursuit strategy, manage content across assignments, and collaborate with Proposal Champion and project teams to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design and writers, maintaining content in OpenAsset, updating templates, and preparing submissions and interview materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination or marketing content development.
• Proficiency in InDesign, Salesforce and MS Office; OpenAsset preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with ability to meet multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with the Proposal Champion, design production, and writers throughout a pursuit (and proposals).
• Receives feedback and iterates proposal content and layouts efficiently.
• Reports progress and raises questions, risks, or timing concerns early.
• Maintains organized working files and supports handoffs, reviews, and final submission.
• Contributes to full proposal lifecycle from initiation to final submission.
• Supports standardized pursuit templates and a structured proposal approach.
• Engineers proposals to align with client needs and NAC positioning.
