Job summary

CLEAResult is seeking a Proposal Analyst to join our Growth organization in Massachusetts. You will analyze RFP requirements, coordinate inputs, and assemble high-quality proposal packages with cross-functional teams to reflect CLEAResult’s capabilities and drive growth.

You will translate requirements, organize large information sets, manage multiple proposals and deadlines, and ensure full compliance with submission standards, while contributing to strategy and writing as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, proposal support, program operations, or similar analytical roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, stay accountable, and drive work forward in ambiguous situations.
• Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfort using technology and new AI tools and processes quickly.
• Interest in innovation, program development, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree.
