Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Information Systems, Operations, or related field.
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in multifamily property operations or property technology.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and owning technology strategy.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, governance, and optimization of the property technology ecosystem.
- Manage a team of Property Management Software Specialists and Product Managers.
- Partner with operations, IT, and shared services to translate needs into scalable tech solutions.
- Oversee vendor relationships, platform adoption, and change management for deployments.
- Ensure compliance, data governance, and risk management across platforms.
