Coastal Ridge is seeking a Senior Manager, Property Technology & Systems to lead strategy, governance, and optimization of its property technology stack. You will manage a team of Software Specialists and Product Managers, coordinate with property operations and executives, and drive platform adoption with a focus on resident experience and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 7+ years leading multifamily property operations or related roles.
• 5+ years administering and optimizing enterprise property management platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the strategic roadmap and governance for the property technology ecosystem.
• Lead a team of specialists and product managers across platforms.
• Partner with operations, training, revenue, accounting, marketing, HR, IT to translate ops needs into scalable tech.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption of AI and integration opportunities.
• Oversee platform support operations, including incident resolution and performance monitoring.
• Lead end-to-end project management for tech initiatives and migrations.
• Ensure compliance, data governance, and vendor security standards across architecture.
