Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta, GA seeks a Marketing Manager to lead a team of Marketing Specialists and Senior Marketing Specialists in developing and executing property marketing programs for Brokerage Teams and Investor Clients.

You will partner with COE leadership and cross-functional partners to drive strategic marketing, coaching, and operational excellence, building strong relationships with brokerage teams, clients, and internal partners in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial sales environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of senior-level marketing experience.
• Experience in commercial real estate marketing strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 5–8 Marketing Specialists and Senior Marketing Specialists, providing day-to-day leadership, coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
• Establish clear expectations and accountability while creating an environment that supports collaboration, professional growth, and high performance.
• Understand the individual strengths, development opportunities, and career goals of team members and provide meaningful coaching and stretch opportunities.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, provide ongoing feedback, support performance reviews, and address performance or behavioral concerns when necessary.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members and reinforce Property Marketing COE processes, tools, standards, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen the team's marketing expertise, strategic thinking, project management, client service, and communication skills.
• Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages knowledge sharing, problem solving, and partnership across markets and disciplines.
