Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join the Property Marketing COE in the Americas. You will manage and execute property marketing initiatives for Brokerage Teams and Investor Clients, serving as a national resource to support markets with high volume, coverage needs, and complex campaigns.

Work closely with Content, Design, Web/Video, and other partners to translate strategy into cohesive marketing campaigns.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing or related field.
• 3+ years in marketing, project management, or related roles.
• Experience in commercial real estate or agency marketing preferred.
• Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Lead marketing initiatives from kickoff to delivery across print and digital channels.
• Partner with Brokerage Teams to translate needs into campaigns.
• Coordinate integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Provide clear project direction and manage timelines.
• Maintain regular communication with stakeholders about status and risks.
