Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead a group of embedded marketers dedicated to Broker Teams within Capital Markets Property Marketing. You will coach and empower professionals, align marketing efforts with firm-wide standards, and drive high-quality deliverables for strategic opportunities.

You will collaborate with Brokers and real estate professionals to optimize project management, training, templates, and resources, while ensuring consistent, best-in-class marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of marketing experience—real estate, agency, architecture, or commercial construction preferred.
• Experience managing a distributed or decentralized team.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Familiarity with a project management tool.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
• Ability to balance day-to-day priorities with firm-wide standards and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of embedded marketers, each dedicated full-time to a Broker Team, serving as their people manager and coach.
• Provide day-to-day coaching and guidance to embedded marketers, helping them prioritize, problem-solve, and work through roadblocks.
• Equip embedded marketers with resources, templates, and training; identify gaps for upskilling.
• Serve as primary escalation and advisor for complex property marketing projects.
• Establish and reinforce consistent marketing processes, brand standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones to assess workload, performance, and job satisfaction.
• Facilitate knowledge-sharing of best practices and templates across desks.
• Own performance management, goal-setting, and career development for embedded marketers.
