Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate property management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related discipline preferred.
• CPM, RPA or CSM designation and a real estate license.
• Strong knowledge of finance and building operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management.
• Provide leadership through policy development, information flow, and strategy.
• Lead Property Management staff and promote career paths.
• Track budget variances and ensure timely billing and cash flow.
• Prepare owner reports, budgets, and other essential documents.
• Interface with third-party owners and ensure contract compliance.
• Resolve tenant relations issues and conduct regular property inspections.
• Oversee construction projects with the Construction Manager.
