Advanced knowledge of property management software (Yardi preferred).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize property performance and ROI.
Set and monitor property performance goals and benchmarks.
Provide leadership and direction to the property management team, including the Community Manager.
Oversee property budget development and management.
Review and approve property-related expenditures.
Ensure timely rent collection and maintain occupancy levels.
Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics.
Oversee vendor and contractor relationships.
