Qualifications

• Experience includes new construction lease up participation and favorable supervisory history.
• Experience in effective project plan execution and executive level reporting.
• Experience with annual budget preparation and performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the asset, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance.
• Ensure the asset is well maintained, clean, and compliant with regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and legal regulations.
• Oversee annual budget performance and executive level reporting.
• Professional apparel and overall appearance and demeanor required.
• Onsite knowledge preferred.
