Ross - A Division of Envolve is seeking a Community Manager for Wheat Ridge Town Center & Town Center North in Wheat Ridge, CO. You will lead on-site staff, drive leasing and marketing, manage budgets, and ensure resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include monitoring NOI, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with housing programs while maintaining high occupancy and strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• Strong financial management skills with budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Ability to lead on-site staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient communication with residents, vendors and corporate staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property.
• Direct leasing and marketing activities to maximize occupancy.
• Monitor budgets and ensure NOI is optimized.
• Ensure property and staff comply with HUD/LIHTC and other programs.
• Coordinate maintenance, safety, and capital projects.
• Prepare operating and capital budgets and reports.
