Responsibilities

• Inspect rooms before, during, and after a guest’s stay
• Direct ongoing preventative maintenance
• Maintain a low out-of-order room count
• Recruit and train the best team in the industry
• Assess and coach team members in alignment with their Career Success Profiles
• Enforce Stayable’s Rules & Regulations to keep guests safe and happy
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Maintain accurate inventory and prepare purchase orders
