Job summary

Stayable is seeking a Property Manager to drive guest satisfaction, property condition, and team engagement across our Orlando area properties. You will lead by example, train and coach a diverse team, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and cost efficiency at all times.

The role requires monitoring quality scores, managing schedules, and enforcing Stayable’s standards while building a high-performing, guest-focused team in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Inspect every room on arrival, day of departure, after turnover, and monthly.
• Minimize out-of-order rooms to 3–5 day turnaround time.
• Maintain superior quality scores based on QA assessments and guest reviews.
• Hire and retain people that live our values and contribute to our culture.
• Achieve industry-leading retention targets.
• Maintain strong attendance and time punch compliance.
• Align with direct reports and supervisor by executing meeting cadence with fidelity.
• Be available to train five weekdays, Monday through Friday, in Kissimmee.

Responsibilities

• The Property Manager is generally responsible for delivering an exceptional product for guest service, property condition, and team engagement.
• Ensure the operation runs efficiently and problems are communicated and handled quickly.
• Lead the property through recruiting, training, and coaching to uphold Stayable’s standards.
