Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in project management, business management, healthcare administration, public health, social services or relevant field.
• 3 years related work experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet close deadlines.
• Interpersonal skills to manage large, complex projects with internal and external executive personnel to accomplish organizational goals.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in working with stakeholders.
• Strong research and strategic analysis skills.
• Knowledge of various project management techniques to keep teams aligned and focused on milestone level task reporting.
• Strong emotional intelligence and adept at relationship building.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develops project plans including tasks, resources and timeline; identifies, documents and manages project risks and project change requests.
• Independently leads and facilitates assigned projects in collaboration with team members, stakeholders and leadership, engaging other business and stakeholder groups as necessary.
• Conducts written and oral project updates for senior management and other leaders.
• Focuses on team's performance, ensuring accountability and engagement to deliver project outcomes.
• Educates project management principles to key stakeholders and peers.
