Job summary

Hope College seeks a Student Formation-Project Manager and Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Student Formation and Dean of Students. This role reports to the Vice President and works with the Division on administrative duties, special projects, and initiatives that advance the Division's priorities.

The position requires strong organizational, communication, and relationship-management skills to support executive-level work and ensure timely execution of high-priority tasks.

Qualifications

• Reports directly to the Vice President for Student Formation and works closely with the Vice President on a wide variety of administrative and executive duties.
• Coordinates special and high-priority strategic projects and initiatives.
• Handles questions, concerns, issues, and requests on behalf of the Vice President.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage a wide range of initiatives and executive level relationships and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the Student Formation Council; collaborate with the Vice President to set agendas, identify priorities, and prepare materials and follow-up.
• Gather and synthesize data to inform understanding of students and represent Student Formation interests.
• Track strategic and annual objectives and support related reporting.
