Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree is a plus
• 3-5 years of consulting experience is a plus
• Six Sigma, PMP, and/or Change Management certification preferred
• Advanced user of Microsoft office suite products

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic initiatives including mergers & acquisitions integrations, strategic cost elimination, and business/workforce productivity under senior leadership guidance
• Assist executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment with schedules, scopes, budgets, and implementation plans
• Improve processes and coordinate procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external operators and vendors
• Monitor resources and report outcomes/risks to management
