Family First Health is seeking a detail-oriented Strategic Projects Manager to lead strategic initiatives and manage grant opportunities. You will develop plans, guide cross-functional teams, and monitor outcomes to support organizational growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health or nonprofit field is required or strongly preferred.
• 3–5 years in project management, strategic initiatives, or grants administration.
• Experience with grant budgets, reporting, and compliance.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive-level reporting.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and initiatives to support growth and operational excellence.
• Identify, secure, administer, and report on grant funding opportunities.
• Develop project plans with timelines, milestones, and risk management.
• Direct teams, conduct meetings, and track KPIs and budgets.
• Create dashboards, reports, and executive summaries for leadership.
• Ensure grants compliance, reporting, and timely submission of proposals.
