Wintermeyer Ventures is seeking an experienced Strategy & Operations professional to work directly with the founders of an early-stage AI/ML company. You will align strategy with execution across engineering, customer deployments, sales, and operations to help the organization scale.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1–7 years in strategy and operations, or chief of staff at a high-growth tech company or relevant consulting/private equity background.
• Experience balancing strategic projects with hands-on operational work in an early-stage startup environment.
• Experience using AI tools to automate repetitive workflows and improve efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Drive cross-functional initiatives across hiring, customer delivery, go-to-market, and internal operations, surfacing risks and dependencies.
• Own strategic projects from framing problems and evaluating options through execution and measurement.
• Build the company's operating cadence with clear priorities, accountable owners, useful metrics, and consistent follow-through.
• Partner with the founders to move high-impact initiatives from idea to completion.
• Use AI tools to automate repetitive work and build practical systems that support product and customer outcomes.
• Take ownership of emerging problems, develop repeatable approaches, and hand them off as the team grows.
