Job summary

NomadicML is building a platform to mine video insights for autonomous systems and robotics. We seek a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders on strategic, operational, and communications initiatives, acting as a force-multiplier to accelerate speed and impact.

This role connects research, engineering, operations, and external stakeholders to keep product roadmaps, business goals, and partnerships tightly aligned.

Qualifications

• Experience translating strategy into concrete, actionable plans.
• Ability to communicate clearly in memo, investor updates, and slides.
• Interest in AI/ML and technical products with a bias for action.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with founders to manage priorities and investor initiatives.
• Operationalize strategic plans across product, research, and growth.
• Drive internal communication and align teams on weekly priorities.
• Lead special projects spanning GTM strategy, partnerships, and hiring.
• Support fundraising andDue-diligence coordination with stakeholders.
• Own cross-functional initiatives like launches and key customer deliverables.
• Represent founders in internal and external communications when needed.
