Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an experienced interior designer to deliver residential design services for RH Gallery, lead multiple projects, and meet clients in gallery and in-home settings. The role aims to drive gallery design business and fiscal goals with the RH design point of view.

The candidate will create original designs, oversee all project phases from initial contact through delivery, and mentor team members while upholding RH standards and ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years design experience in a design firm or high end furniture or luxury retail.
• Interior design degree or related field; professional portfolio required.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, space planning, and rendering programs.
• Strong hand rendering and sketching skills; hands-on interior installation preferred.
• Project management experience and ability to travel locally or out of state.

Responsibilities

• Independently create original residential interior designs using RH design point of view
• Determine design objectives considering architecture environment and client lifestyle
• Use floor plans sketches and visual presentations to illustrate design concepts
• Meet with clients in gallery and in home and oversee client experience through delivery
• Lead multiple design projects of various sizes and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Master execute teach and support daily client interactions using RH design standards
• Oversee all phases of projects from initial contact through delivery
