• Lead People: Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team of product managers.
• Scale Platforms: Consolidate disparate monthly requests into horizontal capabilities that solve core business problems for multiple segments simultaneously.
• Optimize Operations: Maintain platform resilience and operational efficiency to accelerate value delivery and speed-to-market.
• Deliver Strategic Initiatives: Lead complex, multi-system growth initiatives, including Capital One's application prefill agenda, dynamic routing, and real-time identity capabilities.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: Align with senior leaders across Card, Engineering, and Design to prioritize and solve core platform challenges.
