Meta Superintelligence Labs (MSL) in Menlo Park seeks a Special Projects Lead to own and drive the organization's most urgent initiatives from problem definition through delivery and measurable outcomes.

You will coordinate with Legal, Finance, HR, Engineering and other partners to align stakeholders, design execution frameworks, remove friction, and ensure scalable, high-impact results across cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute MSL's top-priority projects end-to-end, with measurable outcomes.
• Tackle ambiguous challenges and drive rapid, rigorous resolution.
• Develop strategies, track execution, ensure accountability across workstreams.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, Engineering to remove friction and move projects forward.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to accelerate decisions and unblock work.
• Design operational frameworks and processes enabling scalable execution.
