Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of experience in technical program management, software engineering, or systems engineering, with a focus on AI/ML product delivery.
Experience driving and delivering complex AI/ML tech programs or products from inception to delivery.
Experience defining strategic direction and identifying new opportunities for impact amongst products, platforms and programs.
Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.
Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams and functions, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.
Experience with organizational coordination and prioritizing competing workstreams based on impact, deadlines, and stakeholder needs.
Communication experience at executive level and experience influencing decision makers to develop systems, solutions, and products.
Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage end-to-end AI/ML product solutions and ensure on-time delivery.
Manage and own cross-functional products and programs execution in a matrix organization.
Drive and influence technical and product strategy, identify risks and mitigation strategies, align priorities, and set direction for cross-functional areas.
Help define the roadmap and long-term strategy for the teams you work with.
Design measurements to track impact and drive process improvements.
Communicate technology, requirements, goals and milestones of your team.
Drive efficient execution by coordinating with PMs and engineers across Meta to align vision for execution.
Provide timely planning updates, status reports, issues and risks to stakeholders.
Help drive product decisions to align with higher company initiatives.
