Job summary

LogicMonitor is hiring a Professional Services Project Manager in Austin to lead end‑to‑end implementations, aligning with customers and cross‑functional teams to maximize business value. You will oversee projects from standard deployments to complex enterprise setups, ensuring on‑time, on‑scope, and on‑budget delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years managing software, SaaS, infrastructure monitoring, observability, IT operations, or enterprise technology projects.
• Working knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in complex customer environments.
• Familiarity with Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Mavenlink or similar platforms.

• Strategic Planning & Execution – Develop and manage project plans aligning with objectives, requirements, and goals.
• Project Coordination & Governance – Establish structure, ensure cross‑team collaboration, maintain clear communication.
