Job summary

MangoDesk, a YC-backed startup in San Francisco, is seeking a hands-on leader to own end-to-end RL Environments delivery for strategic customers and projects. We're a YC-backed startup on a mission to bridge the gap between AI and the $5T knowledge work economy through cutting-edge data infrastructure and environments. We're a technical team with experience from Scale AI, Uber, and previously founding a successful AI company. What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional projects spanning engineering, operations, and go-to-market.
• Own end-to-end execution of RL Environments delivery for strategic customers and projects.
• Report progress directly to the founders and work on some of the most impactful problems at the company.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years leading a team, developing product or operational processes, or as a SWE
