• CS degree ideal; at minimum, the ability to do data analytics using SQL or Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to own ambiguous, cross-functional projects end-to-end, balancing speed vs quality.
• An entrepreneurial mindset — excited to build things from scratch.
• Strong communication skills and a bias toward ownership
