Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, account management, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deliverables.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook; experience with AI tools to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to operations leadership, advancing priorities across the organization.
• Manage assignments from start to finish with defined work, needed information, and clear next steps.
• Prepare data, materials, and presentations for meetings to support productive discussions.
• Track and visualize progress against scorecard goals and dashboards from multiple systems.
• Maintain contact lists, distribution lists, and meeting cadences; handle logistics and briefs.
• Conduct independent AI-assisted research, turning findings into summaries and insights.
