Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience across executive relationship management, partnerships, association relations, or strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SRA Partnerships team and shape strategy, priorities, and action plans for national-state partnerships.
• Serve as a senior relationship lead for SRA CEOs and CSRA, coordinating with enterprise leaders to align priorities.
• Develop and refine Strategic Business Plans with State Associations and drive UPA 2.0 implementation and accountability.
