Job summary

Shirley Ryan AbilityLab is seeking a Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate and implement special projects within the department, ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

You will develop work plans, monitor progress, prepare reports, track hours and expenses, and support budgeting. Bachelor’s degree required; experience as a clinical research coordinator is valued; strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field.
• Prior experience as a clinical research coordinator is highly desired but not absolutely required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database software.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication abilities.
• Proven project planning and management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and determines priorities and monitors status of special projects and events.
• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as needed.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects with moderate to complex scope.
• Prepares recurring and special reports and statistical analyses for management.
• Assist tracking and reporting of hours and expenses; may assist with budgeting.
• Ensure project documents are complete and current.
