Job summary

Shirley Ryan AbilityLab is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to plan, coordinate and implement research projects. You will support Researchers and Project Managers, oversee study protocols, budgets, recruitment, and dissemination products.

The role involves coordinating Research Assistants and Coordinators to ensure timely deliverables and regulatory compliance. The candidate will demonstrate strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills within a complex, regulated environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a biological, physical science, social science, clinical, or related field.
• Experience with coordinating research studies or clinical trials is preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory processes including IRB submissions is beneficial.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate study protocols and timelines with supervisor.
• Train Research Assistants and Coordinators on study procedures.
• Assist in development of study budgets and project work plans.
• Track hours/expenses and assist with budget management.
• Prepare reports for sponsors and authorities as needed.
• Support data collection, recruitment and study documentation.
