• Minimum five years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a substantial portfolio of cross-functional special projects.
• Develop clear scopes, workplans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Lead projects across finance, accounting, human resources, facilities, information technology, systems implementation, policy development, and process improvement.
• Coordinate project teams, facilitate meetings, document decisions and next steps, and maintain accountability for deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, budgets where applicable, risks or delays, and propose solutions.
• Coordinate change-management activities, including communications, documentation, training, and transition to ongoing ownership.
• Provide the COO and senior leaders with concise status updates and next steps.
• Take ownership of additional projects as priorities evolve.
