Job summary

Referment is working with a global investment firm to hire a chief of staff associate who will work directly with the Investor Relations chief of staff, the head of Investor Relations, and senior team members.

You will lead or help drive a varied portfolio of projects, including strategic initiatives, fundraising analyses, resource allocation, developing AI capabilities, and internal reporting, while expanding responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree required; at least one year of experience.
• Strong project/process management, keen attention to detail, and well-developed analytical skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or investment management is helpful but not required.
• Knowledge of hedge funds or alternative investments and interest in AI are pluses but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or help drive a varied portfolio of projects supporting senior Investor Relations staff and business unit management.
• Projects might include driving annual goals and strategic initiatives, analyses shaping fundraising strategy, resource allocation, developing AI capabilities and strategy, and internal reporting.
• Expand and evolve your portfolio of responsibilities over time based on business needs and your career goals.
