Job summary

The D. E. Shaw Group is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented professional to join the Investor Relations team. You will work closely with the IR chief of staff, head of IR, and senior members on high-impact projects with strong growth potential.

You will drive a portfolio of initiatives, including fundraising analyses, resource allocation reviews, and the development of generative AI capabilities. A proactive, collaborative approach will help expand responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree required or preferred.
• Experience with managing projects and processes, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead or help drive a varied portfolio of IR-related projects for senior leadership.
• Contribute to analyses that support fundraising strategy and resource allocation decisions.
• Develop and implement generative AI capabilities and strategy; generate internal reporting.
