Job summary

Referment is partnering with a global investment firm to appoint an associate supporting the office of its senior technology leadership. This role offers a broad view across a large technology organisation and helps leadership stay focused on top priorities.

It combines strategic project coordination, analytical research, and executive reporting, working closely with a chief-of-staff function and stakeholders across the firm to connect detailed technical activity with senior decision-making.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technology strategy or cross-functional tech roles.
• Ability to prioritise and drive complex work through influence.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical topics.
• Stakeholder-management experience with senior leaders.
• Good judgment and discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Track progress, dependencies, decisions, and risks for high-priority tech initiatives.
• Research technology questions, analyse data, and distil findings for leadership discussions.
• Coordinate strategic work sponsored by the chief-of-staff function.
• Create a clear view of technology activity for senior leaders.
• Prepare concise reports and briefing materials for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to align actions with priorities.
