Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking a scheduling professional to collaborate with project teams, preparing schedule data for proposals and tracking and executing schedules on active projects.

You will apply established unit hours and pricing, perform schedule integrations, develop work logic, identify restraints and impacts, and create recovery plans while evaluating subcontractor schedules to keep programs on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 9–15 years of industry experience in a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedule data for proposals or tracking on active projects.
• Apply established unit hours and pricing data and perform schedule integrations.
• Prepare work logic and identify restraints and potential impacts.
• Develop recovery plans and evaluate subcontractor schedules for improvements.
• Ensure projects stay on track and on time; mentor team if required.
