Job summary

Gardiner & Theobald LLC, a global consultancy, seeks experienced schedulers and schedule managers to join its Mission Critical team across the U.S. and Texas.

Responsibilities include developing, updating and scrutinizing project schedules, leading client interactions and driving schedule risk and mitigation strategies. Ideal candidates have 5–15+ years in scheduling, strong Primavera P6 skills, CPM knowledge and a track record on major capital projects, preferably data centers or MEP-intensive

Qualifications

• Strong scheduling capability with CPM methodology.
• Ability to interrogate schedules and explain drivers of critical path.
• Experience delivering technically complex capital projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining and updating integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Reviewing and challenging contractor schedules and progress.
• Producing schedule narratives, milestone reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Supporting schedule risk analysis and mitigation planning.
