Qualifications

• 3 years of scheduling experience on projects; large project experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, and Deltek VantagePoint.
• Related 2-year degree or practical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain schedules for multiple clients and projects; identify critical paths and conflicts, and assess risks from schedule changes.
• Provide schedule feedback during the pursuit stage of potential projects.
• Provide schedule feedback during internal and external meetings in the project execution phase.
• Create and maintain resource plans; identify leveling needs and risks related to schedule changes.
• Provide resource availability feedback during the pursuit stage of potential projects.
• Drive the resource allocation process, overseeing hard and soft bookings during execution.
• Cultivate positive working relationships with departments, production teams, governmental institutions, contractors, and construction firms.
• Act as a liaison between the engineering team and stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Collaborate with partners to assign resources effectively and balance workloads.
• Lead staffing and planning meetings within Professional Services.
