Job summary

MasTec Renewables is seeking an experienced Scheduler to lead planning, scheduling, and reporting across multiple projects in our renewables segment. This role emphasizes maintaining the master schedule, integrating WBS structures, and ensuring timely updates from construction teams and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering and 2–4 years’ planning experience, with proficiency in Primavera and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2-4 years of related experience in planning & scheduling on engineering and/or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor schedule and earned value baseline.
• Prepare Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and development of schedules and budget (including resource loading).
• Obtain and collect schedule updates from construction management personnel and contractors.
• Maintain project construction schedule baseline and updates.
• Assemble and compile schedules and inputs and provide detailed computer generated schedule reports, charts, and diagrams.
