Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Scheduler to join our global project and cost management practice. You will build comprehensive project schedules, define ownership through WBS, and ensure plans align with procurement and control strategies.

You’ll coordinate with partners to manage interdependencies and provide regular progress updates. The role requires experience with Primavera P6, a degree in project management or construction, and a detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven mindset in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Grown planning and scheduling skills.
Experience with quantitative risk assessment (QRA).
Proficient in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
Degree in project management or construction.
Detail oriented and quality focused.
Able to manage priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Build project schedules with full scope, milestones and timelines.
Define ownership via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Align schedules with project execution, contracting, procurement and control plans.
Baseline schedules and manage periodic updates.
Manage the integrated project schedule across levels.
Negotiate timelines and interdependencies with key partners.
Provide regular progress updates.
Review external schedules for best practices.
