Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our global project and cost management consultancy. You will build schedules that cover full project scope, milestones and timelines, using Primavera P6, and ensure clear ownership through a Work Breakdown Structure. The role requires strong attention to detail, experience with quantitative risk assessment, and coordinating with partners to achieve excellent client outcomes. Interviews may be in person or virtual.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines, using critical path method (CPM).
• Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project deliverables via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Negotiate and mediate timelines and project interdependencies between key partners for a great client outcome.
• Ensure schedule aligns with project execution plan, contracting, procurement and project control strategy documents and plans.
• Provide regular updates on schedules progress.
