Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Scheduler to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on building comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, defining WBS for clear ownership, and aligning schedules with the project execution plan.

You will manage baselining, updates, and interdependencies, negotiating timelines with partners to achieve optimal client outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong planning and scheduling experience, experience with QRA, and a degree or equivalent in

Have grown your planning and scheduling skills.
Have demonstrated quantitative risk assessment (QRA) experience.
Have working experience using Primavera P6 planning software to build your schedule.
Have a degree or comparable experience in a project management or construction.
Are detail oriented and quality focused.

Responsibilities

Build project schedules encompassing full project scope, milestones and timelines, using critical path methodology.
Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes via Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
Ensure schedule aligns with project execution plan, contracting, procurement and project control strategies.
Baselining schedules and managing periodic updates.
Manage the fully integrated project schedule across levels and details.
Negotiate timelines and interdependencies between key partners for client outcomes.
Provide regular updates on schedule progress.
Review external schedules for best-practices.
