Job summary

DM Enterprises in Washington, DC area seeks an experienced Scheduler to support project teams in preparing and updating detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and other scheduling software as needed. Working under the direction of the Senior Scheduler and project management staff, this role helps maintain the Master Schedule and assists in reviewing, updating, and analyzing project schedules.

The Scheduler supports progress schedule update reviews — including reporting and narrative —

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 2+ years scheduling experience, preferably in water/wastewater or construction.
• Experience with Primavera P6, MS Project or similar scheduling software required.
• PMI-SP or PSP certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, update, and monitor project schedules and the master program schedule.
• Review documents to support baseline schedules with all dates, activities, and milestones.
• Support progress schedule updates, including reporting and narratives.
• Track schedule, progress, and productivity of consultants/contractors; monitor costs and earned value.
• Assist in monitoring budgets, cash flow projections, and forecasts.
• Support cost/resource tracking and reporting; ensure scheduling and cost control standards.
• Participate in meetings with teams, clients, owners, and stakeholders on project controls.
• Assist with what-if analyses, risk mitigation, and track CPI/SPI/critical path metrics.
• Assist with delay and time impact analysis of the schedule.
