Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project scheduling or related fields.
• Experience creating and managing schedules for engineering/software/automation projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, critical path analysis, forecasting, and risk management.
• Proficiency with project scheduling and planning tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data interpretation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules from proposal through go-live.
• Create and improve scheduling standards, templates, tools, and methodologies.
• Analyze scope, data, resources, and dependencies to build accurate schedules and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to validate assumptions and optimize execution.
• Support proposal reviews, customer presentations, and business decisions with schedule analysis.
• Maintain scheduling metrics, planning assumptions, and performance data.
• Provide scheduling expertise to project teams, including capacity planning and lessons learned reviews.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance planning and delivery.
