Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or commercial degree with good technical knowledge.
• 3-5 years' experience in operational and strategic purchasing.
• Fluent English; written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Be a member of the Sales proposal team during the Sales phase, establishing the Supply Plan and identifying materials to approach.
• Define suppliers with peers and local project team; align with Category leads and Global Purchasing reg.
• Work with internal stakeholders on scope, requirements and specifications.
• Establish the Project Roadmap and maintain transparency of quotes, ROM, budget and pricing.
• Approach suppliers for quotes, pre-negotiations, and final negotiations; support budget calculations.
• Negotiate with suppliers to optimize price-performance ratio and apply terms; draft contracts as needed.
• Draft, review, and negotiate work contracts and supplier agreements.
