The role requires strong leadership across Engineering, Controls, Software, Purchasing, Installation, and After Sales, with focus on scope, cost, schedule, and risk management to achieve safe, predictable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex automation projects.
• Experience managing contracts, scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risks.
• Ability to read technical specifications, CAD drawings, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple automation projects with full accountability for delivery results.
• Maintain project execution plans, governance, logs, and communication plans.
• Lead kickoff meetings, reviews, and executive updates.
• Manage scope, change control, and commercial performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Controls, Software, Purchasing, Installation, and After Sales Service.
• Ensure safe, on-time, and within-budget project completion.
