Job summary

Form Energy in Weirton, WV is seeking a Project Scheduler to own integrated schedules across capital construction and tool install programs. This role supports manufacturing expansion at Form Factory 1 and will help shape our growing production footprint.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of scheduling experience on industrial projects, strong proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and a degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of scheduling experience on industrial or capital construction projects.
• Strong proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MS Project).
• Experience with resource loading and earned value management preferred.
• Certification in scheduling (PSP, PMI-SP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using critical path methodology.
• Integrate schedules across multiple workstreams into a master program schedule.
• Track progress and analyze variances against baseline.
• Identify schedule risks and support recovery/mitigation planning.
• Facilitate schedule review meetings with project teams and contractors.
• Prepare schedule reports and dashboards for leadership.
