Job summary

MasTec Renewables in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Scheduler/Planner to develop, monitor and report project schedules using Primavera and earned value analysis. You will coordinate with construction management and contractors to maintain baselines, generate reports, and flag schedule risks and recovery actions.

A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field and 2–4 years of planning experience on engineering or construction projects are required; strong communication, problem solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of planning & scheduling experience on engineering/construction projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor schedule and earned value baseline.
• Prepare WBS and schedules with resource loading.
• Collect schedule updates from management and contractors.
• Maintain master schedule logic and assess delays & critical path.
• Produce detailed schedule reports, charts and diagrams.
